Job Description We are looking for a responsible and organized Stores Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and inventory activities. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, updating inward and outward entries, preparing GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other store-related documents, and conducting regular physical stock verification.

Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Science-related discipline, 1–4 years of experience in stores or inventory management, and basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems will be preferred. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Job Description Quality Control function including Inward, In-process, Final QC of product manufactured – through a team of QC technicians;
Ensuring all required documentations are complied with during manufacturing process;
Achieve set objectives and targets for Quality Control Function.
Ensure compliances through use of ERP tools for smooth accounting of production related activities.
Conduct all required tests for evaluating product performances from time to time and regular intervals, record the findings and report to HOD.
While maintaining records, ensure following ISO documentation procedure and be compliant.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly records and present periodically to management.
